A technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer, Peter is passionate about helping companies make smart, cost-effective technology decisions. Under his leadership, NeuEon created the innovative Fractional CIOTM and Fractional CTOTM models that provide the highest level of IT expertise to startups and growing enterprises. Peter’s collaborative approach to working with clients has won praise from senior executives across a spectrum of industries.
Before founding NeuEon, Peter served as Vice President and CTO for custom Internet software provider Harrison & Troxell, Inc, in Boston, Massachusetts. Under his leadership the firm grew from two to 50 employees and increased revenue from $200K to $6M,. Following H&T’s acquisition by Inforonics, Peter served as VP of Technology for the 40-year-old technology firm. Peter is active on a range of advisory boards and professional councils, including the, . Board of Directors of the Cape and Islands Workforce Investment Board, the Southern New England Entrepreneurs Forum (SNEEF) and Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
Tom brings over two decades of business, IT and consulting leadership to NeuEon. Tom has extensive experience in the areas of business and technology leadership across many industries including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and consumer goods. Within these sectors, Tom has specific expertise in the areas of process improvement, digitization and standardization, merger/acquisitions, system implementations, enterprise resource planning, and work-force optimization.
Having served as both a chief operating officer and chief information officer for Boston-based firms Tom has gained a deep understanding on leveraging technology to create organizational benefits. In his leadership roles he has been responsible for finance, recruiting, consulting services, and technology organizations for small and enterprise level companies. In addition to his roles in Boston and the mid-west, Tom has provided executive level technology consulting and served as chief information officer to outsourced ventures in the United States and Europe.
Tom has spoken at industry events and contributed to various publications on the use of technology and people to create organizational efficiencies. He holds a dual bachelor of science in accounting and management from Bryant University.
Todd is a proven entrepreneur and has been involved in leading, developing and implementing business enhancing technology solutions for over a decade. As Director of Consulting with NeuEon, Todd has been involved in a variety of engagements with businesses across all industries. These engagements span from strategy focused projects to implementation and management of multiple complex projects. Projects include the selection and implementation of key infrastructure components for traditional companies, to product development and management of onshore and offshore development teams for start-up and emerging technology companies.
Prior to joining NeuEon, Todd founded and created a successful digital media company expanding a traditional business by leveraging emerging technology. Todd also served as Executive Vice President of Operations for a national consumer retail company in the health and wellness industry. In this role, he built and managed various cross-functional teams responsible for supporting over 14 national retail centers. This included the implementation of all front-end and back office systems including marketing, sales, support and internal resource planning systems. Todd is a graduate of Willams College and is a frequent speaker at business and technology events and seminars.
